1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
make this!
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
take a large bowl and mix together butter&sugar until smooth.Slowly beat in the eggs and stir until light and fluffy! Then combine the flour, cardamom, white pepper & cinnamon and stir into the dough.
Now seperate the dough into 6 balls, and roll each ball into a rope, each rope should be a little bit thicker than your finger. Do this on a floured surface, because the dough is a bit sticky. Cut each rope into little pieces (cuboids) and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
...and bake this! about 10 minutes! You can decorate& pimp your pebber nodders with powdered sugar, food coloring, sugar icing, chocolate, marzipan,....
