Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup pecans, finely chopped. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put breadcrumbs, chopped pecans, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Add honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and paprika to another dish and mix them together. Cover each chicken breast with the mustard mixture, then coat it with the pecan mixture and press it down gently to stick. Print out a baking sheet and put the chicken on it. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the pecans turn golden brown. If you want, you can serve it hot with more honey mustard sauce.
