We closed out 2019 on a high note by meeting up with Marcel (@lecorgi) during his US travels! It was really great to see Mona and Marcel playing together (leashes were required as this was not a dog park). Can confirm that he’s as much of a flirt in person! Also as an aside, people often ask us whether Mona is a Fluffy. “Fluffy” in this instance is an official term per the breed standard that describes a corgi coat ‘fault’ (their words, not mine) that describes “a coat of extreme length with exaggerated feathering on ears, chest, legs and feet, underpants and hindquarters.” This video provides a great comparison of a GORGEOUS fluffy (Marcel) versus Mona and Drewbert.
