Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t morlock basically just another case if AFPE? Used to be a bastion of sanity, now very much a propagandist NPC?
No, he’s not like that. He’s showing some issues, but he at least not as bad as AFPE. It’s just that, quite simply, he has come to these social issues from a position of ‘Lives comfortably in Portland Oregon and all his friends are there.’ and as such we’re still trying to get through the personal social blinders he’s had for years.
This is not anything new, or him going off the rails, this is just Morlock being the same Morlock he’s always been, only with the issue of ‘he never stopped having his personal biases, he was only just starting to see why those biases are flawed because of how they were starting to hurt him’.
