Penelope is around 5’4”

* she is very pale like a almost warm white type of pale but you can just keep her skin white

* Her Markings yes that’s what I’m calling her clown make up (because they’re more markings than make up) similar to her dad in the 2017/19 film adaptation but instead of The lines going past her eyes it ends at the bottom of her eye and on her eyelid has pretty much blue triangles

* In her clown outfit (not form she really bad at shapeshifting) she wear long white gloves but her Baer arms from her fingertips to the end of her forearm they fade from black to red to pink into her skintone

* On the back of a choker there’s a cool gray bow that has a pom-pom in the middle and pom-poms at the end just like the one on the front of her outfit

* The small panel that covers the zipper is simply to pennywise’s a spiky spinal cord like design

* On the back of her boots are red ribbons with small bells on them

* her deadlight is actually located in her head so when she use it she eyes glow the wram red orange and yellow spoty light

* But her eyes stay a bright blue almost ultramarine blue when normal

* When she hungry or angry really her eyes have a blue-orange ombre
