It being a frankenstein's monster plotwise doesn't surprise me much, since jump has released maybe 5 truly original stories in the last 10 years. It bearing more than a passing resemblance to TG stylewise is also kinda... *shrug* And then they just copy-pasted panels from Penisman right there. And I laughed. And laughed. And it was yesterday and I'm still here laughing about it. Araki's immortal words come to mind: some [mangakas] are even paid for this.

It’s p.48, like I mentioned. Straight up lifted from somewhere around the end of Part I where Magi comes in after Sacchin massacres the Kuigami and we get the big reveal of Sacchin being the Other.
The build-up, the circumstances, the tiny blonde woman with an asymmetrical haircut (Akira’s prototype btw) flanked by two thugs in black suits. White-lit entrance behind them, heaps of gore in the darkness in front of them. Like, did they even try? I don’t think so.
