Here’s Route 2 Penny! (route 2 penny is my alternate option for Penny’s design although I headcanon her as celine!penny)
There are two ideas I have for Penny Lamb’s looks:
1: Celine Stubel’s Penny Lamb (with a black bob!) — Nicknamed by me as Bobhair Penny and Celine!Penny
2: A random idea before I knew of Celine Stubel’s Penny, where she has short low pigtail braids (like any other Penny but shorter haired) and is blonde. A few extra things would be that she’s fair skinned, got some acne and freckles, and she’s a bit short. — Nicknamed by me as Route 2 Penny.
