years later and they're still consuming my brain my bbygrls

These guys are my wings of fire ocs, started off with two gay dragons and then I started making their kids years later

Uh introduction below idk-

Scorch (brown): a disgruntled war veteran who is def NOT a ripoff of Dune lmao,,,,,,, had a very edgy teen phase until he met Ripple who chilled him out and they both worked through some trauma together and healed, loves his husband and kids very much, he will fight everyone still for his family but he's old(ish?) now he should be resting his bones, has a eucalyptus tattoo in remembrance of his deceased sister

Ripple (dark blue): an exiled seawing noble, has some trauma of his own, regardless is very kind and patient, met Scorch and they became unlikely friends through said kindness and patience, both started crushing hard on each other, now they live peacefully together with their kids, probably the only person with the braincells in this family

Lotus (pink): her and her brother were found abandoned as eggs by scorch and ripple, she very much does not care about their birth parents and doesn't want to know about them, loves her dads so much, very curious and very smart, doesn't stop her from doing stupid things in the name of science tho, she is also big gay just like her dads lmao

Marine (green): bro thinks he's invincible lmao, he is very kind and friendly but also does stupid things in the name of fun, often the test subject to his sister's experiments (he volunteers tho), has mixed feelings about birth parents mainly wants to know why, got the same tattoos as scorch bc he thinks his dad is so cool and his dead aunt too

uh Lotus and Marine are both Seawing/Rainwing hybrids btw

I love these guys and I can talk about them forever PLS talk to me about them they will eat my brain alive if I don't yap about them (with love)

uh small ramble below

Started doing some work on their characters and story for a project, I missed them,,,,,,

I want to do a webcomic of their story so right now I'm working on the building blocks before I get to the fun stuff, but then I wanted to make a silly drawing as a lil treat

Uh still in the process, pretty ambitious for me but I'm stubborn and I REALLY want to make this happen so yeah :]

Also to those who know a bit of their story uh no you don't shhhhh keep it a secret lmao

I am revamping some stuff so some of the things I wrote before might change but I'll post some more stuff about it eventually as I work on it

Wanted to make a new ref sheet and design for Pen bc at the time I've turned 21 and wanted to update Pen's design as if he has grown into adulthood with me since he's my sona and I really like it :]

Also gave him the blue+orange combo cause of the portal games lol (also orange is my fav color, also green)

I was going to make an alt version for his wings but I never did, might do that for my 23rd birthday cause it's coming up next month
