Dear Vector Prime,
Do the Quintessions also worship Primus?
Dear Primal Potentate,
It is… possible.
When it comes to Quintesson religion, most are rather close-mouthed—and with five mouths to keep shut, it’s certainly a conscious effort! To outsiders, they present themselves as a secular species; if they can be said to worship anything, it is the abstract ideals of law and science. Even in those realities where they clean up after Unicron, they do not appear to revere the Chaos Bringer; to them, it is simply an alien lifeform.
Still, the Quintessons do not all think alike. Across all of Cybertronian history, there have been a handful of encounters with fanatics or exiles; they spoke of the Pentacore, the ultimate source of existence that is split into five aspects. These rare faithful differed on what, exactly, those aspects are—with Death being the only constant.
Comparative xenotheology specialists have noted similarities within these aspects to the Guiding Hand, a quintile division of the Divine Source—and as you may be well aware, Primus is counted amongst their number. It may be that somewhere in the multiverse, there is a Quintesson heretic who has recognised the shared divinity between faiths, and reveres Primus as part of the Pentacore. If so, I have yet to meet them.
