They all live in the same Void that is shown in the show, but it is divided into two parts and it is somewhat reminiscent of Coraline's Other World: an empty white space and a large part of the Void, where what we know is located
About allergies or other illnesses? I can't say for sure, but the ones who will be most exposed to this is Donna. She has a constant cold for no reason and she can sneeze from any little thing. Especially after they and their siblings took a walk in the more dangerous part of the Void, where it is often cold. But there are warm houses where they sometimes stay
By the way, I'm still doing fankids designs!
The sisters
They are both absolute opposites, but their relationship is reminiscent of Enid/Wednesday, Sadness/Joy and Pinkie Pie/Maud Pie
