It is SO funny that u ask this bc i was JUST thinking about them, and how if i made a human design for vigi then id never be normal (oops). theyd be the most uneventful old man couple and i love that for them. thank u for this ask and for reading my mind so take this thing i sketched out a couple days ago

Rest

Vigert woke up and found himself sleeping on Pep on a rainy day.

Vigert woke up to Pep snoring louder than his grandpappy on a rainy day. Still rubbing the crust near his eyes, he tried to remember where he was as the ground moved beneath him.

Wait, now he remembers.

He's... sleeping on Pep. What he was feeling was his belly as it rised and fell and his head was inches from him as he kept snoring.

He'd get off, but besides the snoring, it was actually pretty comfy here. It was raining, so being on him meant being warm. He and the cold and rain didn't get along too well; he hated getting all sluggish and melting.

But they didn't get to rest that often, did they? Peppino certainly didn't. It wasn't exactly work on the farm, but he's spent almost every waking moment at his restaurant: Running around, cooking his pizzas, getting them to his customers...

And on most days, he, himself, was busy with maintaining his farm or catching whatever scoundrel decided to mess with him or his folks.

So, maybe, just for today, he'd take this rain as a small blessing and let both of them rest together just a little bit longer.

He settled back to the most comfortable spot on his belly and pretended his snores were just the rumblings of thunder as the rain fell.
