You know what I like most about Percy (and Percabeth in general?)

Percy never went out and admitted to himself that he liked Annabeth.

Literally everyone around them knew. The cheers after the cheek kiss post-chariot race prove that much.

The readers knew from the time he called her a princess. And the time she made him say hello to a poodle

He called her everything- brave, smart, capable, pretty, beautiful, wonderful, amazing, e v e r y t h i n g

But he never admitted to himself or to the readers that he liked her.

We could see it in every word he said about her. We could see it in his actions for her. We could see it.

But he never said it.

That is relationship goals. Acting like your s/o is the reason for your breathing and proving how much you love them without ever saying the words "I like you" or "I love you"
