Am I the only one who didn’t see Rhaenyra’s tryst with Ser Criston as cute and playful? It was an abuse of power on her part, much like Viserys and Alicent.

A mind at war with self , those words got me they are so true a crazy mind or a peaceful one? I will do the work and feel the feelings to grow with peace and the understanding that our thoughts are not true we only believe that they are true because we have been told.

Ain't no one perfect in this shit called Life.
Perception is Reality
If, on a regular basis, you're blaming other people for how bad you feel, you are then giving them control of the power that can actually cause you to feel better. The changes in the outer circumstances that you want, start first in how you are feeling within. It might feel good, in the moment, to pass the buck in regards to responsibility, and it can be helpful, but if done too much it can also keep you from making the progress that you may be needing in the moment. In that case, your happiness is solely dependent on what they say or do - what they've said or done - or what they have or haven't done. All of which you have little to no control over. Remember, perception is typically reality. Remember, what you have a lot of control over is how you respond to reality and how you choose to feel from within first and foremost.
What I see is a form of vengeance. Today's idea accurately describes the way anyone who holds attack thoughts in his mind must see the world. Having projected his anger onto the world, he sees vengeance about to strike at him. His own attack is thus perceived as self defense. This becomes an increasingly vicious circle until he is willing to change how he sees. Otherwise, thoughts of attack and counter-attack will preoccupy him and people his entire world. What peace of mind is possible to him then?
