Batman was standing over Jason's grave, second grave technically. This one was hidden. Only for a tight-knit group of people to know the location of. As it feels more like Jason's true grave. It's raining.

The stone is engraved with 'Jason Peter Todd Wayne. Good Friend, Good Soldier, Good son. Taken from us too soon again.'
