Dazai Osamu is one of the main character of Bungo Stray Dogs. He have an abillity (like many other characters) who allow him to nullify others abillity. He's also an elite manipulator and liar.

Apollo Justice is a character that appear in Ace Attorney 4, 5 and 6. He posses a power (I'm not sure how much it rely on magic instead of like, really good eyes) called "percieve" who allow him to see characters tic when focusing. This way, hé know when they're liying or hiding something.
