Hey, I'm Hydra Lutris, Lutrinae or Jay, you can call me as you want ! I'm a big mustelid, History (especially Medieval Era !) and art enjoyer, I'm also +18 ! I've created this acount to share my hyperfixation, connect with fandom and also sharing my Univers, OC, and post some art (Mostly sketch and study I think)

You can call me ➵ Hydra, Lutris, Lutrinae or litteraly any otter related name. My gender to not matter, you can use any pronouns to refer to me. I'm also an adult (18+) On this blog, I will mainly talk about fandom and reblog other artist's work. There's going to be queer positivity, poll or discourse, same goes for disabled (mainly neurodivergent) stuff. I'll also yap nonsensically.

My main fandom are Bungo STray Dogs, Ace Attorney, sometimes My Little Pony. I'll occasionally post about other media but that would be rare. I also have a cross-over with Bungo Stray and Ace Attorney, called Bungo Attorney (on the #Bungo Attorney or #Bungo Attorney AU)

On the first picture, the camera is behind the black piece, wich allow us to see the white piece in front of them. A red light is placed behind the white piece.

In the second picture (the one on the bottom left), we have a new point of view ; the camera is placed very low, right on the board. We can see part of the black chess piece and the pawn in front of them.

The third picture is just a photo from above.

English : I'm not sure of how I found the character but I really love mythology-themed character so of course, I had to attack. I am happy with the result ; my first try had an uncanny vibe.

Français : Je ne suis pas sur de comment j'ai trouver ce personnage mais, étant donné que j'aime ebaucoup les personnages inspiré de la mythologie, je me devais d'attaquer. Je suis plutôt content du résultat, surtout que les essaie précédents étaient bizarre.

English : I just wanted to flex. It's so good I love the round face it's so polecat-y. Loves the hairy arms and clawy finger it's so inhuman. Love the cat on his t-shirt, love the cape. He looks heroic and weird.. 10/10. I was also SUPER duper lazy for the image description wich is why I litteraly took MONTH before posting it. Do not judge me, at least I did it.

français : Je voulais juste flex mdr. Genre ce dessin est tellement cool, j'aime la ttête ronde de Thomas c'est tellement putoiesque. J'aime les bras couvert de pelages et j'aime ses doigts griffus et inhumain. J'aime le chat sur son t-shirt, j'aime sa cape. Il a l'air tlm héroïque et bizarre... 10/10. J'avais GRAVE la flemme de faire la desription d'image ce pourquoi ce poste arrive des MOIS après que j'ai reçu le dessin. Ne me jugez pas, au moins je l'ai fais.

We’re back again with the ArtFight drawings, folks! I can’t believe that despite falling sick right before my Tragedy Team era, I managed to have enough works to fill this compilation! <3 (Some of them are from my week as a member of the Team Comedy, as I couldn’t show some of my latest attacks due to some characters’ owners not comfortable with repost <3)

Honestly, for an ill bat, I managed to be a bit more productive than what I expected! All while working on a… particularly big attack ;) So for now, here’s my Tragedy works! Now it’s time to join Mystery and add a little more points to their collection!

If you didn’t see me annoy everyone around about ArtFight.net, well, hello that must be a surprise! I’m @Jokarlekin on the website, and I’ve been readying myself to absolutely DESTROY everyone who comes my way with a bunch of drawings <3 The concept of the event is to draw for people, and draw I did! Here’s a compilation of some attacks I’ve made already, for some wonderful people ;D

With a bit of hope, next Wednesday I’ll be back with 20 new artworks (including a bunch already done that couldn’t fit into the 20 images limit x,D). I randomly caught a COLD in the middle of SUMMER so I’m crossing fingers that it will not slow down my pace even more :,D

English : After all the attack I got from Shipkidplace, I really wanted to do a revenge. I didn't manage to find a very original idea (you might notice the drawing ressemble my profile picture) but I am very happy with the execution !

Français : Après toutes les attaques que j'ai eu de la part de Shipkidplace, je voulais vraiment faire une revenge. Je n'ai pas réussit à trouver une idée super originale (vous noterez que ce dessin ressemble à ma photo de profile) mais je suis trés heureux de l'execution !

Artfight attack : Wagging Tail

Attack on : Undernext Character : Zarogue (pre-evolution)

English : I made it quick and simple, only moving the character's tail. There, I tried to apply some stuff I've learned in my animation class : I used 24 fps but animated on two and I used a little ease in, ease out. Plus, I made sure to make a loop ! I think this simple wagging tail is much better than the one I did last year for all of those reasons... Anyway, it was much faster and easier to make. Plus, it's shaded !

Français : J'ai fais une animation simple et rapide, me contentant de bouger la queue du personnage. Ici, j'ai essayé d'appliquer des trucs que j'ai appris en animation : la cadence est en 24fps mais animé on two, j'ai uttiliser un ease in et un ease out et je me suis assuré de faire une boucle ! Je pense que cette animation est bien mieux que celle de l'an passé... En tout cas, elle était plus facile et rapide à faire? En plus, c'est ombré !

It's kinda sad that when people talk on so many mustelid they focus on them being "killing machine" or being ultra aggressive animals when there's so much more.

Like yeah Honey Badger can be really aggressive and I don't wanna go up against them. Now can we please talk more about how smart they are ? How they use their sense of smell to find prey ? How Silly they can be ?

Same with Wolverine. Everytime I want to learn about them there's an insistance in how aggressive they can be. The fact that they go up against dangerous predators and hold their grown and their very powerfull jaws. But they're also impressive climbers and they can play with their youngs and they have an in crédible sense of smell and they look so adorable !!!

Like. PLEASE don't pretznd they're demon or midnless killing machine or something.
