Made a quick checklist of what I have left... which is pretty much still all of it XP Shirt is done, pants are like 95% (still needs eyelets/lacing along the side) and boots are almost done too! (just needs that clearcoat!)

How did everyone enjoy KH 2.8?! I think I finished Aqua’s story in >4 hours? The ending scenes has me so excited for KH3 to come out!!!  I want to spruce up these outfits a bit before possibly taking them to Anime Boston. Plus I’ll have the Master’s keyblade and my Mickey to take with me too :D

Sorry for being so silent on my tumblr, life has been a bit crazy as of late XP So here’s a few updates! - Purchased a giant Mickey plush to dress as King Mickey (from KH). Should be coming in by the end of this week. - Been working on Master’s Defender keyblade for my Aqua cosplay. - Working on another non-cosplay commission for a friend. It’s been sanded down and primed(not shown), and sanded down again. There’s still some spots where you can still see the edge of the underlaying paint, so it will need another coat of primer (when it’s not below 50F or snowing/raining) and then should be able to paint his proper coat of arms. - Katana and Nodachi set (with sheaths) commission is finished. Awaiting final payment and then also need to set up a meetup time/place since we both live in New England.

- I also have a few Christmas gifts to get done before the holiday. - I ordered a new video card for my computer this last weekend, so hopefully I should have it up and running for next weekend. I have not had guaranteed access to my computer since well before thanksgiving. My computer has been on the fritz and I’ve been relying on my phone for social media.

–important note about commissions–

Although with the completion of this commission piece, technically, a spot should open up… but I’m currently, as stated above, sufficiently busy. I’ve told a few people already, to check back with me by March. I will still gladly quote people while commissions officially open again. Reminder that these are first come-first serve. Getting a quote does not put you in a queued line. Only putting down a down-payment will guarantee your place!

So I had a discussion with the hubby, and with much grumbling, I have come to the decision that I just do not have as much time as I would've like to do the 2 surprise cosplays we had planned for Katsu/AB 2017. (I still plan to accomplish these surprise ones for 2018 possibly.)

With commissions to do, personal projects to take care of, and holidays fast approaching... I'm already feeling overwhelmed. While I did say I wanted to take a break after dealing with the craziness of Hyrule Warriors.. I am stubborn after all and think I can take on 50 projects at once XP I do however still plan on doing a couple MUCH simpler cosplays that won't be for competition, so I can take it easy. I also plan on taking out Timeskip Blake to play at Katsu/AB. Adam will also come out to play, but as far as S4 of RWBY so far, Adam doesn't have a new outfit (yet???).

New planned for AB17: Team Rocket grunts with a Growlithe and possible Beedrill. New planned for CTCon17: Catwoman and Riddler from the Batman animated series.
