I NEVER NOTICED THE CHRISTIAN THEMES OMG YES. Except when people killed our God He came back stronger.
ALL I WANNA DO IS JUST ANALYZE THE FUCK OUT OF IT AND WRITE ABOUT ALL THE CHRISTIAN THEMES AND TALK ABOUT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SACRED AND THE MORTAL AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE HUMAN AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE SACRED AND TALK ABOUT HOW PERFECT IT IS AND HOW IT IS A PERFECT REPRESENTATION OF WHAT I BELIEVE AND AUGH.
Nerdanel, Éowyn, Lúthien, Eöl, Maglor, Curufin, Celegorm
ahhhh!!! First, LET ME LOVE YOU you asked me these just because I posted them, not because I asked you to or hinted at it or anything! <3
Nerdanel: Have you ever ended a relationship because your partner was doing something you didn’t agree with and you couldn’t stop them?
Don’t think so.
Éowyn: Have you ever overcome prejudice in a significant way?
Haha can I count overcoming it negatively? There’s been a lot of “oh, you’re so smart, you’ll do great in college" hahaha yeah right being smart doesn’t mean shit in college. You need to have some motivation and some executive functioning skills. Can’t think of a significant *good* way I’ve overcome other people’s prejudice at the moment. Might be some minor ways that aren’t really standing out.
Lúthien: Do societal norms exist to be broken?
Breaking societal norms is inevitable and often good, which I suppose is one way to interpret the phrase. So yeah?
Eöl: Did you ever have a goth phase?
Yes. Mostly first two years of high school. I still really like the aesthetic, but it’s not been a habit for a while. There’s a reason I’ve spontaneously been called the Gothic Hobbit by people on unrelated occasions…
Maglor: Do you believe in redemption?
In theory, yes, it’s pretty central to my life philosophy. In practice it can be much more difficult to figure out how to deal with.
Curufin: What have you inherited from your family lineage?
Red hair, brains, alcohol tolerance, affinity for dead languages, autistic traits, all sorts of other things, some wonderful, others inconvenient at best.
Celegorm: Have you ever had a pet that impacted your life greatly?
My doggie, Frankie Sue, has been with me through an awful lot, and I don’t know what my life would be like if she hadn’t been in it for the last 12 years. She can’t talk, but at least she probably won’t be killed by a wolf.
Musical: Zombies and McCarthyism and Jazz, Oh My!
I was gonna say Chicago before you said zombies
WHAT MUSICALS HAVE ZOMBIES IN THEM
A psychopath writes the ultimate self-insert fanfiction and forces a bunch of people who hate him to take part in it just so he can maybe at some point get laid by a potentially mentally damaged orphan.
oh HMM I WONDER WHAT MOVE THIS IS.
Cmon. Self-insert fanfic? Phantom. XD
peredhelinblack you little jackass
peredhelinblack just indoctrinated me into the Les Mis fandom, and I'm not sure if I'm ever going to forgive them.
:begins constructing a barricade so my roommate cannot enter the house:
:all the while sobbing as I do it:
Jareth you bastard. You stole my pants.
Ah, so it’s you again. My dear, I’ve not the slightest idea where your pants slithered off to. These pants have been a part of my wardrobe for at least a hundred years. However, if I did steal something, you should be grateful and honored if it was an article of clothing rather than your brother…
