Bandai Perfect Grade Millennium Falcon - the first one I built!
So for the inner frame on this one I wanted to make it look like a cross between heavy industrial machinery and a jet engine, so the base color is a dark grey that I used a brown wash on to make it look like parkerized steel. Then the aluminum, gold, and “titanium” gold bits make it look more like an aerospace product.
Also, over the past weekend my nine year old was snooping through the stash looking to adopt a project so I told him he could help build this one. Those are his hands in the photos.
Guess who was responsible with her money again?
I’ve finally collected every grade of Zaku (minus the Mega Size), and I gotta say it adds a lot to the display! Now I should probably get around to buying some lights…
ALMOST DONE!!!
Spent about 3-4 hours on it today before my shoulder pain started to flare up. Next session should finish this baby off
Jeff finished his perfect grade! Minus stickers and weapons, which will come when he decides how he wants to pose it.
After 2 days of struggling to translate (and source batteries) I have finally completed half of page 1 of my Char Zaku 2 PG
