okay so i know ima have to do a lot more of this to get noticed like at all
and i dont know if anyone has already done this thing that ima talk about at all
but i found out caramelldansen is the best exercise routine EVER
high energy to the extreme, requires stretching, is tiring, moves the whole body, all these things that exercise needs to be
BUT
nerd friendly, not-good-at-structure friendly
and i cant remember any other things
but basically, you dance to all of it that has the fast beat and get two breaks per song
theres the beginning where you dont dance, then the first verse, chorus, oo-oo-oo-woa-ah, second verse, chorus, another bit, chorus/break, oo-oo-oo-woa-ah, chorus, chorus, and you're done!
im on a tentative schedule of a block of half and hour twice a week
cos it can be murder on your calves at first
but its like amazing for posture
and make sure youre twisting your waist, hips, getting off the ground every beat, holding your hands high and doing the hand thing
stretch!!!!
