Karaoke party // Kise & Yacchan
Socialization. Parties, reunions, soccer matches, visits to the arcade and mixers. Being popular -a college idol as he called himself- he was constantly invited by several different people to this events, and he had the obligation to attend to as many of them as possible. He couldn’t allow his likability to go down for rejecting them, so even if he was tired out he would accept them more than not. Thanks to that he had a very full social agenda and very few time for himself. Sometimes, when terribly exhausted, he would use the excuse of his part-time jobs to escape from them, but most of the time he would comply. Today was one of the later days, and he had been dragged to this sort of mixer/karaoke party.
So now he was in a karaoke place, surrounded by people he hardly knew as they walked cheerfully to the room assigned to them. He would have to make a good impression of them if he wanted to keep his carefully fabricated reputation. A very long night was right in front of him, he figured, taking a deep breath and preparing to put his act up, golden eyes taking a look of the people he would have to get along with.
Through his long eyelashes, he got a glimpse of a familiar blond with a stupid smile. It was of course, hard not to know who Kise was; popular among people for both his basketball skills and his awesome looks. Not in vain was he an actual model for an actual magazine. Though he seemed quite different from the photos… how to say it… He kind of felt like punching him in the face. He wondered why. Maybe his real personality –who hated stupidly vain and arrogant people- was kicking in again… he shook his head, he needed to be adorable, friendly and not-judgmental.
So, he stepped closer to the blond with a cheesy smile, leaning a bit to the side in an adorable pose before talking
“You are Kise-san, right? As expected from a famous model, you are even more attractive in person!” he felt a bit sick saying such a direct compliment to such an arrogant looking male, but heck, it will probably get him some positive points, right?
