Es un caso que fue referido por @caldobrito Ricardo Brito para evaluar y tratar las recesiones gingivales antes del tratamiento protésico y estético que podría llevar la paciente. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Cómo pueden ver son recesiones clase I, clase II y clase III de Miller lo que dificulta mucho más el tratamiento periodontal. 🤔🤔🤔 Que cirugía hice? Colgajo desplazado Coronal descrito por Harvey en 1965 y La colocación de la MAD. Se fijó la membrana con puntos simples en las papilas sin epitelio en la cara vestibular. 😷😷😷 Se ha descrito en la literatura, y no me voy a cansar de decirlo, que si obtengo en la primera cirugía un recubrimiento radicular del 70 % de la superficie se considera una excelente cirugía. Si se logra el 100% claro que es mejor. Pero muchas veces no es así y hay que ser realista. ✅✅✅Se puede manejar este caso mucho mejor, desde el punto de vista estético, que como estaba antes⁉️⁉️⁉️Espero sus constructivas respuestas y críticas. 👍👍👍👍 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 ⚠️💯clinical case of today The use of an Acellular Dermal Matrix in the treatment of marginal recesions. The membrane is fixed with simple sutures in the papilas without epithelium i😷😷😷 It has been described in the literature,m, that if we get in the first surgery a coating root of 70% of the surface is consider an excellent surgery. If it’s achieved the 100% of course that is better.
