Ok one thing I haven't seen anyone talk about regarding the Depo shot:

The way I smell changed. Not my nose or anything, but my body odor completely changed and it's freaking not only me out, but also my mother. The number one thing everyone warned me about was that I was likely to gain weight because I'd be really hungry all the time and I was like 'ok cool, that's fine with me'. But if I'd known my mom and cousins would stop hugging me because I don't smell like myself? If I'd known my underarm odor would be 10x worse? I might have had second thoughts

Like, don't get me wrong, I'm still 100% glad I did it because spending three weeks out of every month dealing with cramps and hormones and cravings and headaches fucking sucks, but damn I did not see that coming.

This might be TMI but I don't give a fuck anymore. You know what's super fucking sad? I can't tell if I'm about to have a huge depression episode again, or if I'm just on my period (kinda). A LOT of people with vaginas can't make this distinction! I know, I ASKED! I asked some of my fellow depressed vagina bearers, and they can't either! Yet period care is SUPER underrated! People act like it's no big deal! I can't fucking tell if my hormones are being stupid, or my brain is neurologically fucking up, and more than one person has said they have this happen too! Fuck y'all... this is super sad.

In relation to my last question about skipping or delaying my period, if I were to try, would I instead of taking the sugar pill, take the next pill that is on the same day. So for example instead of taking the sugar pill on Saturday, take the one I would usually take the next Saturday and continue from there? Which means initially at the end of the packet, I throw away a set of sugar pills.

You just start your next pack. Skip the sugar pills. Pretend you already took them and start the next pack normally. Pills are the same every day, there's no special Saturday Blend of birth control.

is there anyway to healthily/easily postpose your period to make it come a few days later?

Unless you actually take birth control to control your period there isn't really a way to control when you have your period, and even on birth control you have to use your sugar pills to have your period on a particular week and you can't really just pick and choose.
