DBD meta Perk changes summarised
Did this for a few friends just to make it quicker to read:)
KILLER META PERK CHANGES
BBQ + C:
Bllodpoint bonus has been removed - which was a huge influx to why killers used it.

Hex: Ruin:
Reduced regression from 100/150/200% to 50/75/100%
Won't regress as fast.
After a survivor is killed Hex: Ruin will now automatically deactivate

Pop goes the weasel:
The generator kicked will now only remove 20% of the generators current progress (not the total progress)

Corrupt Intervention:
Perk will now deactivate when the first survivor enters the dying state
---------------------------
Hex: No one escapes death
Survivors will now see the Hex's aura within 4 metres of the totem upon activation
This range will increase to 24M over the duration of 30 seconds

Tinkerer:
Can only activate ONCE per generator. Due to increase in generator repair time (80 to 90) killers now have extra time to approach.

Scourge Hook:
Noise notification of affected generator is removed, no longer explodes, but sparks. Survivors will no longer scream.
Generator will still regress.
SURVIVOR META PERK CHANGES
DEAD HARD
No longer a dash forward. Instead provides endurance for 1 second.
Reduces survivors using "dead hard for distance"

Desicive Strike
Will now deactivate when exit gates are powered.
Stun has been reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds
Will still deactivate upon general actions

Borrowed Time
Duration is now extended to 6/8/10 seconds. Speed boost is now increased for any unhooked survivor by 10 seconds. These effects are cancelled when the survivor performs general actions.

Iron Will
Grunts of pain reductions are now reduced to 20%/50%/75% (no longer 100% on tier3)
Iron Will is no longer able to activate when the survivor has exhaustion. (The perk will not cause exhaustion)

Self Care
Heal speed is now reduced to 25%/30%/35% instead of 50% on tier 3.
Item efficiently bonus has been removed entirely.

Spine Chill
Will now only activate when the killer has a clear line of sight to the survivor (no longer through walls/obstacles etc.)
Short lingering affect of spine chill is now added (0.5 seconds) to efficiently increase the speed boost given when spine chill activates.
Vault speed boost from this perk is removed entirely.
