Someday Someone will Care

I am a writer.  Right now, my writing sucks.  That is it though, my writing sucks, but the characters and ideas I have are amazing, I just wish I was able to get it all down on paper the way it is in my head.  I have invented these amazing people with diverse back stories and deep relationships that only I know about, and it is not fair to everyone else that they do not get to know and love these characters like I do.  So every day I imagine a little bit more about them and write down a little bit more.  I reread and edit my writing to make it better and easier to read.  I add in details and dialogue to make the story flow better all so that someday I will be able to walk in and hand my beloved manuscript filled with the characters I so dearly love to a publisher.  Then eventually I will find a publisher who loves my characters as much as I do and gives them a chance to show the world how incredible they are.

The Perks of Being a Writer

1. you have a legit excuse why you lock yourself in a room and never come out. <you know what I mean> 2. the feeling you get when you finish a wip and realize you ARE a boss. 3. you're one of the few people who can make up entire universes IN THEIR MIND. 4. now you actually need the coffee for caffeine not because it just tastes good. <tho that is a great reason too> 5. you've become a nocturnal spy who can tiptoe to the kitchen, get some food, and tiptoe back without making a sound or waking up the whole household. <thanx urge to write, you've made me amazing>
