What do you think about a gemsona based off Opaline Dinosaur Bone
A certainly interesting choice! I have a theory that all organic compounds (like Pearls) are on the lowest part of the “caste system” on Homeworld/the gem colonies. You know, because they’re not real minerals. I could see them as sort of kindergarten experiment where they use the remains of animals (in this case, a dinosaur) and create a being from it. They could have the same rank as pearls where they’re used to show off as accessories and status of an upperclassed gem. Opalized Dinosaur Bones, or even opalized fossils, don’t have their own specific metaphysical properties. It’s safe to say you could use opal metaphysical properties to help you craft their personality, weapon, etc.
