I am now starting over again.
I’ve been blaming my chronic knee pain but that’s not an excuse for the terrible eating and drinking, or lack of any real exercise of other body parts.
So, new beginning.
Going on holiday to an unfamiliar place is a great time to forget to bring my anxiety and depression meds.
But the sea is nice.
Blackthorn is flowering, the bees are foraging.
Our queen found herself a boyfriend(or 15) and she’s laying!
Also veggies
Wanted to get out early to vote but spent the whole night awake vomiting. Hopefully make it out later.
“Vote til you boke” they say. I did it the wrong way round!
Some gardening was done.
And for my 30th birthday I’ve received my first cold in 2 years.
