Ancillary of Justice is like reading an epic story about assassinating the evil president, followed immediately by the sequel where we become extremely concerned with the day to day in Mobile Alabama.

Never have I ever read a series where the scope is a shrinking cone and not an expanding one.

Maybe the third book will expand out a bit more?

Me starting the process to get my passport and birth certificate updated as best as I can, only to very belatedly realize that eventually, I will have to spend this insane amount of money on this all over again, bc it is currently illegal to have my sex changed on either document.

Hmm some people on here are rude... another mutual on here decides to block me for no reason even though I was having a decent conversation with them. People who act and think that deserve nothing.

When we have a houseguest, I've asked the roomies to let me know a few days ahead of time. Too far ahead and I forget, then it feels like it's suddenly being sprung on me and then I'm irritated.

Too little time, same deal.

Unfortunately, that happened this weekend, so I spent last night sleeping on my bedroom floor again, having reverted to "comfort zone gaming" instead of cleaning my bedroom to put the bed down. I don't have the drive to get it done since there's a new person in the house for an unknown amount of time. I've even put off grocery shopping because of the interruption in my environment and normal schedule.

This is not dire. I'm fine and not freaking out. But I AM annoyed with my inability to do things I'd planned because of something being different. Sigh.

I hate when on pride posts people are like "where's the lesbian flag this is lesphobic" because like which flag there are so many and maybe the artist doesn't want to get in that debate on which is the official one is it the lipstick one, the orange and pink one, the purple with axes??? Just leave arists alone you dont get to complain unless you paid them to make a lesbian one. They can leave out any flag they feel like

I always get slightly annoyed when people write "100s" when they men "hundreds" because I always read it as "one hundreds."
