An AU where Derek is the hardass CEO who always grumpy with everyone, except with his cute PA, Stiles, who always make terrible pun jokes at terrible times, and have annoying habit of forcing Derek to stop working at 1pm everyday, and eat lunch and Derek will only allowed to get back to work at 2pm, if he finish his lunch. Stiles also have a habit of stealing Derek's pen because he always misplaced his. Another annoying thing he steal? Derek's heart :) - Z

I can just imagine Derek doesn’t like spending an hour away from work, especially if it means he has to stop in the middle of something and pick it up later, so he tries to work around it and eat at his desk, but Stiles gets mad at him.
Derek then tries to find something to do for that hour (becasue it doesn’t take him that long to eat), so he spends the time shopping for suits or buying presents for his sisters and Stiles (or one of his colleague’s birthdays).
But he still gets lonely, so one day Stiles comes into his office and says “It’s one o’clock, put everything down it’s time for lunch” and Derek reluctantly stops everything, looks at Stiles and says “okay, let’s go. I’m thinking we should go to that Thai restaurant down on the corner, but if you want to go somewhere else we can.” And Stiles gets a little confused and asks, “Did... Did you just ask me on a date?” Derek smiles and says, “Yes, I did.” Stiles just smiles back and says, “Thai sounds perfect. Just give me a second to grab my coat.”
