In Mirkwood, Raewyn was startled that Bilbo fixing her hair and she said that he is not her One. But later she let Kíli touched her hair– does it means she already realized that he is her One at that point?
Also, does she ever get that bead back?

Yes to all of the above. Throughout the story, you can see the (as I’ve affectionately decided to call) the dwarfication of Raewyn, which starts in chapter VII, where she opts to wear a bead for the first time. It slowly escalates, with which also come subconscious dwarven traits, such as the realisation the Kili is her ‘One’. I haven’t written the exact she knew this on purpose, hoping someone would eventually point it out.
So yes, she knew. And yes, she’ll get the bead back, but you’ll have to wait for new chapters to figure out how ;)
