I think from now on I will keep all a/b/o headcanons and stuff on my fanfic blog. Not because I don't like it as much anymore or anything but for a while I really lost the fun in it to the point I didn't even want to add the trope to my fics or continue the ones I've started (which is bad because 99% of what I write is a/b/o XD). So I'm merely curating my own experience so to speak.

I'll probably still post about nests and stuff occasionally, because I'm still a primal and a pet after all and my animal brain needs an outlet =w=

hello yes yet another homestuck post to add to your dash clutter why not

this is honestly such a weird experience and i can’t even decide if it’s real. like there’s been “omg this is the year homestuck ends!” for like the last 3 years, and i’m honestly not sure if there’ll be more tomorrow or some shiz (like wasn’t there some rumor about only posting the first 2 pages of act 7 on 4/13? hmmmm)

but also this is such a weird experience. like i never did any cosplays and never really got involved in the community, i’m quiet here on tumblr. but i’ve had that dumb little mspaint adventures face as a pinned tab on firefox for like 4 years, it’s so strange to think that it’s over

and in a way it’s kinda not, homestuck blew up, hard. the massive explosion that was a fandom, obnoxious and literally messy as it was, literally changed the way we talk to eachother. terms for genres of fanfiction have come into existence, it’s changed our humor a lot. homestuck was so massive it’s deeply rooted in this weird tumblr subculture as a whole (and it IS a subculture, possibly with its own dialect) and that’s... kinda cool to think about, even if the story itself is over.

even though it stopped being a big part of my life... i’m still sitting here wondering “well, now what?”
