why do you hate the panthers

aside from the fact that they only recently took the leafs out of the playoffs, i just think they play a shitty brand of hockey, lol. instigating and trying to borderline injure people sometimes isn't really... something i enjoy watching. i get that every team has their rats, but it just feels like teams like florida are able to take advantage of being shitty out there bc the reffing in this league lacks consistency and i don't like watching it over and over again.

INFESTATION - what does your muse think of bugs? are they squeamish?

Arya  has  no  problem  with  bugs,  as  being  on  a  desert  island  very  often  means  she  is  surrounded  by  thousands  of  them  from  time  to  time.

why do you hurt ?

you swallow pain and fold around it.

you have always hurt. you hold it carefully, and twisted in such a way that other people don't have to see it. you don't choke on it. you don't drown. you just have it, the way some people have freckles, this is a thing that lives in your bones. you fold instead of fighting because you know how to make yourself small, tuck away the places where they have clawed at, swallow the bruises so you seem clean. nobody needs to see it. you will live through this on your own. you know what you need, and relief isn't it. this doesn't mean you cannot reach out - it means it is not in your nature to do so. you should. hiding does not mean you won't be seen.

obscure headcanons !

what they smell like.  sid doesn't really like a lot of strong or "fancy" smells ( having senses that work a bit differently than a human's will do that ) so he usually just has the typical clean, basic soap smell. under that is a hint of salt and something warm.

how they sleep, sleeping position, schedule, etc.  his sleep schedule varies. he tries to settle into something resembling consistency, but it gets interrupted at times by flashes of memories or a feeling that he has a memory ‘on the tip of his tongue’ that is lost upon waking. he tends to sleep laying on his stomach and spread out, but if he's sleeping with a partner he will want to curl up to them instead. he's definitely a cuddler.

what music they enjoy.  hmm... he mostly likes alternative / indie music because he finds it calming. also a lot of instrumental stuff. it's not technically music, but he's also taken to listening to ocean / beach sounds or white noise when he needs sleep badly and can't settle down or when he just wants to be at peace for a little while.

how much time they spend getting ready each morning. sid doesn't strike me as the kind of person to spend too much time getting ready, especially if he doesn't have much planned for the day. essentially he wakes up, bathes, gets dressed, brushes his teeth, etc. related note: he prefers baths over showers, but if he needs to get ready quickly for whatever reason he'll opt for the latter.  

favorite thing to collect.  i feel like he likes collecting marbles, especially those clear ones with the little swirls of color inside them. he likes the smooth texture and the sound they make when he rolls them around. he's also fascinated by snow globes.

left or right handed.  right, but can write using either hand without a noticeable shift in his handwriting.

favorite sport(s). swimming, for, yknow, obvious reasons. even without his memories sid is naturally a very good swimmer and he enjoys being in the water.

favorite touristy thing to do while traveling.  collect little knickknacks from wherever he is. if he has enough money on him, expect him to come back with the most random trinkets.

favorite kind of weather.  that midway point where it's just barely out of spring and into the summer. perfect beach weather, but not stifling hot ( even though he'll end up staying in the water nearly the whole time regardless, and doesn't even bother putting on sunscreen. )

weird / obscure fear they have.  because he's not yet aware of how he lost his memories in the first place, he's afraid that he'll wake up one day with all his 'new' memories gone and have to start all over again. yes, he has had nightmares involving this.

the carnival / arcade game they always win without fail.  this is a harder question than i feel like it should be, because sid isn't very familiar with arcades and i don't like carnival games that much. ( take sid to an arcade and see what he's drawn to first i guess? )
