i feel like dorian would be an 'amnesia: the dark descent' fan! and bull would hate it lol. the protagonist is a scientist and there's lots of science-magic in there, there are monsters with knives for limbs, lots of hiding in the dark, sanity is a stat and your character can slowly go insane (represent by the screen going all wobbly.) also the sequel is called 'a machine for pigs', and it entertains me to think the thedosian version would be 'a machine for nugs'.

i’ve heard of amnesia! i didn’t know anything about the characters or mechanics, but it sounds absolutely terrifyingscience-magic would be right up dorian’s alley, though, especially creepy stuff like that. i feel like he’d be the sort of person who can critique the science behind human centipedes and tell you exactly what’s not possible and a “better” more realistic way to do the same thinghim and bull as a lets play team would be a lot of fun to watch, i think. dorian would be mostly casual and calm and bull would just. embrace the terror. (also, they’d have a safe word in case bull needed to Stop)

Okay, yes, yes, we don’t have to catalog my entire history of distressing my friends (and innocent bystanders) in this fandom, geeeeez.

But if I were going to keep doing that, I’d do something really wild like remind people of the time I linked to that infamous Care Bear BDSM fic page on Fanlore. (It’s really just the link to the Fanlore page; the actual fic is plainly a joke but also includes triggery things like non-con and underage that I was not aware of the first time I shared this link. Anyway, now you know it exists, can read about it [edit: although the Fanlore page also has some unfortunate triggery language, so be forewarned] without having to actually read it, and you can either hate fandom or feel relieved that possibly-underage-but-possibly-ancient-and-wizened hamster-gorilla shipping is honestly not the worst thing a fandom has ever done.)
