Never the biggest fan of honey but enjoying in while pregnant 🤰🏼
Still on the healthy eating buzz or healthier eating I should say.... smoothie, homemade, chicken & veg soup...
Doesn’t look the part but believe me,, this smoothie is delicious....
For X1 tall glass...
X1 banana 🍌
X2 freshly squeezed oranges 🍊
X1 teaspoon of runny honey 🍯
X2 heaped table spoons of natural yogurt
X1 teaspoon of white chia seeds
2-3 ice cubes
I love mint tea,, it has so many great health benefits as well as being tasty too... I normally go for the stores own brand peppermint tea, but this one caught my eye & was on offer too. Although even on offer it was 50p dearer then the normal tea I go for & 5 bags short of the normal tea I have, it certainly was worth that little extra. It is so refreshing in taste,, & subtle too, I will 100% will be bying these again, & trying some of the other favours they have but only when I see them on offer ☕️ 💕 😊
Hi guys,
I’m really into white chia seeds at the moment, I have a sprinkle on my breakfast every morning & my smoothies too,, I don’t eat nearly as much fish as I should so this is a great way to add some omega 3 to my diet.
Home Made Soup ~ chilli & veg

X2 large parsnips,
X4 carrots,
X2 celery sticks,
X1 large white onion,
X1 Leek
1/2 Red Chilli (or to preferred taste)
Salt & Pepper,

HomeMade soup for lunch, a great way of using up those left over veggies... here I used up Carrots, a leek, parsnips, & added a veg stock cube, salt, black pepper & some chilli flakes... perfect for cold winter afternoon’s too.
