Before JM Berrie died, he gave the rights of 'Peter Pan' to Great Ormand Street Hospital (GOSH). And now because of an amendment to Copyrights Laws, GOSH has the unique right to royalities from any production of Peter Pan in perpetuity.
It's probably the only time that I can't and won't complain about a work being held from public domain.
