Inventory has three masters. It must please the owner, represent the product, and attract the customer. Every shop is defined by its inventory. The physical shop is the theater, the inventory is the play, and the interaction is the drama. The owner is the curator, and will, consciously or not, decide how to choose each product. Should one trust implicitly one's own intuition, or trust the supplier, or listen to the customer? Typically, it is a bit of each counsel. You must listen well, you must learn, and you must trust your intuition, a little. The best shops are always the most rigorous.

When lucy and sally arrived, lucy placed the tree next to Heather, who stared at it in curiosity.
"We're back." Lucy said, everyone stared at the tree in surprise, this was not the tree they were expecting.
"Boy, are you stupid, lucy." Shermy spoke up, his voice having a mean spirited tone to it.
"What kind of a tree is that?" Peter replied, his voice having the same tone as shermy's, Charlie Brown walked over to the tree, stammering as he picked up the tree, the leaves falling off, he stared at lucy, anger in his eyes.
"You were supposed to get a good tree! Can't you even tell a good tree from a poor tree?" Charlie brown yelled, lucy stared down in shame.
"I told you she'd goof it up. She's not the kind you can depend on to do anything right." Shermy said to Linus and patty, lucy looked at him, then at Peter and franklin.
"You're hopeless, lucy." Peter said to lucy.
"Completely hopeless." Franklin replied.
"Rats!" Lucy yelled out, she walked over to the tree.
"You've been dumb before, lucy, but this time you really did it!" Charlie Brown yelled, then he, shermy and peter began laughing at her, Woodstock joined in. "What a tree!" The three then walk away, violet began laughing aswell, Heather nervously giggled.
"I guess you were right, sally. I shouldn't have picked this little tree. Everything I do turns into a disaster. I guess I really don't know what Christmas is all about. Isn't there anyone who knows what Christmas is all about?!" Lucy yelled out.
Silence, before a voice spoke up.
"Sure, lucy, I can tell you what Christmas is all about." Sally took out her pacifier and then walked to the center stage.
