loud and very exited reminder that the class gap between peter and iris was big enough that the expected thing would just be for peter to fire iris. the fact that peter and iris got married goes COMPLETELY AGAINST societal norms of the time and is basically proof that they did genuinely care about each other and wanted to spend their lives together

peteriris: i do ship it! very much! i love them so much like theyre both kinda quiet, self deprecating people (although for different reasons, which i can cover in another ask) and they both love each other so much and peter makes iris feel like shes important and interesting and iris makes peter feel really safe and loved. and they make eachother’s lives so much better  and they got to live a long happy life together and aaaaaaaaaaaaa

imagine a conversation between the two of them???like just theyre both optimistic DORKS with some of the funniest dialog in spg so just imagine them playing off each other.

imagine six being kind of jealous of rav’s expansive knowledge of interdimensional blue matter rifts but for the most part he finds it extremely attractive

imagine booplax and gidgit having a bet with the spg bots on who’s human will ask the other out first. they get REALLY COMPETITIVE about it and one day six announces rav asked him out and before he can stop himself the spine just blurts out GOD DAMN IT

Peter&Iris... Hugging... Cuddling.... They fall asleep on eachother on the couch.... Somebody takes a picture BC they're cute&not moving so it's the perfect time...

i had a huge thing typed up in response to this but lost it all so tdrl version:

post weekend war peter and iris are both fucking exhausted because this entire ordeal has been really hard on everyone. and peter has been trying his best to fuss over iris and she sits down to rest for a bit and peter asks if she needs anything

and she playfully says yes, it’s extremely important he come and sit with her. and peter is confused as to why iris would need that and then he gets The Joke and hes like “Oh! why yes, of course, i do believe that’s something i certainly can do!” and hes so pleased with himself for figuring out what iris meant iris thinks its adorable

and they end up cuddling up together and both dozing off and its adorable the end!

Peter told the corniest dad jokes, and that's partly where Rabbit gets her puns and jokes from. After Peter and Iris get married and they're taking care of 2 and 3, Iris starts telling mom jokes and Peter just falls deeper in love with her

OK SO peter genuinely likes terrible puns he always did part of the reason i headcanon daisy bell is the first song the bots learned to play is bc it has bicycle puns that im pretty sure were super corny even in The Oldy Times

and i headcanon iris probably makes more “dad” jokes (i never understood why they were called that bc my mom always was the one who made those kinds of jokes) because iris just heard those growing up bc the tonias are just a Big Happy Family. but peter has never heard any of these before and thinks theyre genuinely like the funniest thing ever and just god iris is so witty and wonderful and hilarious and perfect

and iris loves her nerd husband so much what a dork
