Peternip in Part 2 of Some Time Never: A Fable for Supermen
* Is sad and full of despair. Despises humanity, including himself, for not indulging in kindness.
Meanwhile, Peternip in Part 1
* Wishes to destroy snozzberry orchards to starve the gremlins
* Says that fifinellas (female gremlins) are more hideous than males because while bald males are okay, bald females are not, and that the female of any species is more cunning (aka literal misogyny)
* Literally just despises the gremlins species as a whole
I suppose some off-page character development happened. In Part 2, though, Peternip is quickly killed by a nuclear bomb. It makes me wonder how Peternip in Part 2 would've felt if he saw a gremlin again. In Part 1, the gremlins disappeared underground out of human sight to wait for humans to go extinct.
I wonder if Peternip's despair and sadness was driven by guilt over how he was during WW2.
