(I feel like this was a few hours ago, but whatever lol) YOU GOT THIS! The hardest step is putting the gym clothes on and getting there!

*lol* It wasn’t hours ago when you commented but yes, I was already at the gym at the time 😘. Once I was there, it was fine even though I had told myself I always had the option to stop.
