So I baked vegan wedding cakes for my friends' wedding this weekend.

Matcha sponge with pistachios and matcha "butter" cream, chocolate (and Guinness) sponge with whiskey/chocolate ganache, and vanilla sponge with "butter" cream and gooseberry jam. The roses were handmade marcipan roses

It was meant to be three two tiered cakes, but the vanilla and chocolate cakes couldn't be stacked, due to the unfortunate heat wave making them very fragile😅

And they are both massive nerds, hence the tardis.
