I did something
The first video ever sent to the Justice League about the terror in Paris was a Newsfeed recording that had a petite girl getting dragged off the Eiffel Tower. At first, the members were bamboozled, because who could have sent this and why was it playing in the middle of a meeting? Then the villain started speaking in French. Demanding the surrender of 'Ladybug' and 'Chat Noir' and whatever the Miraculous was, in exchange for the life of one person.
Half of the members didn't understand the language and needed the subtitles at the bottom of the screen, but that didn't matter. They couldn't keep their eyes off that small girl hanging for dear life.
Damian is both disgusted and intrigued by the situation that plays in front of them. 'How was she going to get out of this one?' The question played all of their minds as the girl was lifted off her feet, the hand around her throat seemed to tighten more.
The girl panics and starts to scream and kick, clawing at the arm that lifting her higher. The Heros and Vigilantes heart drop as the date and times blinks at the bottom of the screen; this was from yesterday. Then the girl is latching her legs onto her captives arm and twisting herself up and getting out of his grasp.
The floor view no longer sees them, but the bird-eye view is already in the air looking at them and they see her having the villain in a chokehold. Leaning back she uses his weight against him. The Heros release their breath and are immediately cheering for the girl. As soon as the Akuma falls she gives him one punch in the face then jabs his throat, for good measure. She gets up almost indefinitely falling again, resting her hands on her knees she balances herself. Searching through the man's pockets, she finds an object and smashes it on the ground, a tiny black butterfly comes out of it.
The girl notices a guy in black spandex with cat ears and points at the butterfly, he nods already catching whatever that creature was. The police are up in the tower in record time, the girl is slowly escorted down and is stopped by a reporter, calling her name the news castor forgets the camera and professionalism and hugs her the small girl like she was struggling to breathe. "Marinette!"
