How to get free free peyote seeds? I will guide you step by step: -All start when your cactus bloom. -Take a little brush or q-tip and then load your brush with as much pollen as you can, then just put it in the little top of the stigma. Do not take off the dry flower. Usually after few days or weeks, it will form a pink fruit that contain your fresh seeds. Let the fruit dry itself before harvesting it. After work put your fresh seeds into your fridge or directly sow them. Only mother nature will decide to give you a fruit or not. But following these steps will help your cactus produces a fruit with more seeds and improve their germination rate also. Note: All this explanation comes from my readings and my own personal experiences. You may have different results or get different experiences. How does a fruit appears on a peyote cactus? Different stage will occurs, starting with a little bud emerging from the center of your cactus. It then becomes bigger and a flower appears. Depending on the cactus, the variety, its age, climate conditions it may blows for a few days.
