On my way out from #pflagflagstaff meeting i found this book right outside the @flagstafflibrary it was left there to be seen. You can tell. Definitely not a library book. Today we were discussing self care during all this craziness and here it is a book on zen. Here is a sign from the universe that this #bruja needs to listen to. Today's support meeting made me realize the many things i love to do that i need to do more often. Writing, drawing/sketching, reading, these are part of me and i need to feed them too.
