🎀 - What’s a character you like writing for and why?

I enjoy writing relationships more than writing for a singular character, so definitely (and obviously) Candace and Perry (Phineas and Ferb). The show gave us plenty of content on Perry’s relationship with his boys, but not much with Candace. So it’s my personal mission to fill that void.

I’ve also recently fallen in love with Kevin and Hamster from Hamster and Gretel. I have a thing for teens and their stoic sentient pets, apparently.

And Danny Fenton and Mr. Lancer. Haven’t written or watched Danny Phantom in a while, but I love the teacher and student relationship those two have.

🍤 - Who do you mostly write for (going “[someone] would enjoy this!” when writing)

Me, lol. When I write, it’s for me, and if people like the content, it’s an added, amazing bonus.

(Also sometimes I’ll have a fic idea and think ‘oh Bex would enjoy this’)

🔔 - What compliment meant the most to you regarding your writing? (offline or online)

Whenever someone tells me my fic is their comfort fic, or they’ve had a bad day and reading one of my fics has made their day better. That means so much to me.

Genuinely I was a little concerned when you made the post with the "being held hostage" message and then I came to your blog and ONLY saw "coq courage," so I'm glad it's just an irritating anon 😂😂 I was like "bro are they good????"

LOLOL yeah the thought that someone would actually think I was being held hostage crossed my mind, but I was in too silly of a mood to clarify that that wasn't actually the case.

My captor (Coq Courage) was nice enough to let me have access to my blog ❤️

I don't work for Greenwalls anymore but one of my friends still does and apparently the company sent out emails to all the stores in Ohio (which currently has mandatory mask policies for ALL businesses in red counties, one of which I live in) telling employees NOT to enforce the mask rule. They claim its to "protect them" from angry customers, as if I didn't get screamed at, cussed out, or had shit thrown at me on the daily there bc of privileged old people. Fuck Greenwalls

Can I talk for one second about how BADASS the exchange "You fight like a girl." "No, but I know someone who does" WAS? Like I'm so sad I haven't seen that mentioned, it was SUCH good line and honestly I felt like a really good nod to Steve's character development (also like 👉🏻👈🏻 wouldn't be mad if someone gif-ed it lol). Hes grown a lot since we first saw him in Trollhunters and I feel like people overlook it bc hes seen as just comic relief now

yeah it’s up there with claire’s “i am not a man!” when he said elephant-neck to bular i fucking wheezed

i really like steve actually, he’s a solid comic relief character and i love his character development from insecure bully to ally and friend

my favorite steve line this season was probably when claire told them they can’t just wait for morgana to slice their throats and steve straight up just said “why not” the gen z energy

Yess I’ve watched Stargirl and I loved the first season and cannot wait for the second. During season one my tumblr was always filled with Stargirl content and I posted all the bts I could find.

Can I just say I'm really really proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and drawing Pidge? She turned out so good and I'm always a sucker for some good old platonic plance. Her basically attacking him with that hug was like a punch in the gut (in the vest way possible, thank you)

Bread day??????????????? Hello where do u work I would like to submit an application

I work down the hall from (and occasionally next to, depending on what I’m doing) a baking (research) lab. Occasionally, they tell a select few when they make pasta, so we get fresh pasta; also dried pasta, to take home. There are definite perks. Once, there were cookies. More bread wheat research than durum research, though, so more bread than pasta. (I specifically do not actually produce any food at work. I’ve produced malt but, uh, we don’t ferment it.) I also have a bag of semolina flour in my freezer, to do something with at some point, once I find a good recipe.

And, I mean, the last person hired in that lab was specifically hired to bake bread, so.... You’re pretty much good unless you’re allergic to flour and/or dust.
