The anime makers hated vincent or something it's the only explanation for why they made him look Like That
In the Tagalog dub of Lupin III (mainly red jacket series) that was broadcast in the Philippines in the late 90s/early 2000s, Lupin calls Zenigata "depektib" (defective) instead of Pops/Tottsan.
Anyway I just think you should all know that.

I dooo. PH fans are masochists after all... or sadists for enjoying reading about the suffering of their favourite characters.
Pandora Hearts, wow we started reading it the same year, never watched the anime tho, and I did well, did you see the characters weird faces ?, Vincent especially, he's like, deeeeeeeeeerp.
I am thankful that the anime exists because I may never have found the manga without it. Although the animation is somewhat lackluster, the anime is a decent adaptation while it lasts. (The last few filler eps exist because the anime writers were forced to end the story somehow. Only about 1/3 part of the full story was complete at the time the anime aired.) The OST is beautiful, the voice acting is excellent. PH has some of the best anime DVD extras (bonus mini episodes) I’ve seen. XD The animators must have hated Vincent, though... :(

I don't have much to say about the ph anime but I wish this style of animating hair was more common in anime
