Mochizuki-sensei’s Thoughts on the PH Popularity Poll Results
At the end of the Popularity Poll results, Mochizuki-sensei writes a little note with her thoughts and thanks for everyone who participated. She was surprised by Vincent being in 2nd Place (that was an unexpected happening for her). Also, at one point during the polling, Reim was in second place. That was surprising to her as well. Break being so strong in the polls was something that she expected. And her editor said, “This guidebook is a Rainsworth Book, isn’t it...” She then gave her thanks to everyone who participated.

*This fan used the word koibito, which means [someone's] lover/boyfriend/girlfriend. So the sentiment they seem to be conveying here is that they wouldn't want anything to do with Vincent because he is already someone else's lover, but a more natural way of saying this and projecting those feelings and emotions is by saying that someone is “already taken.”
**The Japanese word that was used means more like “bond” or “restraint,” but in this context means things more along the lines of “possessiveness,” “controlling,” and etc.

When the PH Popularity Poll talks about the Favorite Combo, in Japanese a “combo” just means a “pair/duo of two characters.” So, in other words...
Favorite Combo =/= Favorite Pairing/Ship (Romantic)
I saw a lot of people freaking out over Oscar/Oz and I wanted to clarify that the reason fans likely put that down as a fav combo is because they liked the father/son relationship dynamic and their familial relationship. I explained this when the original polling was going on too, but I wanted to bring this up again for people who didn’t know or who forgot.
