Overall, I'd suggest Black trans men especially take a journey through some Black Male Studies scholarship. Black trans women too. We couldve unified a working Black Gender/Genre analytic if the Black and social sciences academe weren't afraid of letting go of data-debunked tenets and self-centering/affirming bioessentialisms.
