I got the full set of Dreamy/Phantom Gear but I had to pull out and put together my boys first.
Phantom Gear - Official Demo Launch Trailer
Planned to release in 2020, Phantom Gear is being published by Mega Cat Studios and developed by Bits Rule. Phantom Gear is a fast paced action platformer with gameplay like Gunstar Heroes and Mega Man. The developers are a small indie studio from Argentina and the game's current working releases is around August 2020.
Riven provides a first look at this very early demo build of the game, which is subject to major change. Footage was captured using the Exodus emulator.

Phantom Gear Kickstarter is Live
Phantom Gear’s look and sound remains true to the games of the early 90’s but technological advancements will push the experience to the limits of what Sega’s blast processing can do. Mega Cat Studios plans to release a physical edition of Phantom Gear for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and has a Kickstarter page up to help make this a reality and offer other perks for people who wish to contribute.

Mega Cat Studios Announce Genesis Platformer Phantom Gear
Phantom Gear sees players taking control of Josephine, a heroine setting out to stop an evil cult and the powerful force/giant mechs they seemingly wield. Throughout her journey, she’ll unlock powerful upgrades and weapons while dealing with massive bosses, which will hopefully put up a good challenge.
