The Erik plushie that features on littleerikontour is a Universal Monsters plushie that was sold by CVS drugstore in the US in the late 90s. It is no longer being produced, but you can still find them on eBay and other places.
If you search on eBay for "phantom plushie cvs" you should be able to find various people selling it.
