so i've been struggling with the delicious protein and how it affects my gut, so on a break from it and it's been replaced with protowhey... not ideal in terms of trying to boost protein levels but it's what my stomach can handle at the moment, and the coffee mocha flavour is insane! pretty much the protowhey is hydrolyzed meaning already broken down so it eliminates the hard work for your tummy, and it's essentially absorbed quicker. would not recommend if you're ok with regular protein as it's only 50% protein from memory and highly expensive, more a treat perhaps since the carbs/fats are a bit higher than your regular wpi. and i bought some new phd wired in watermelon, SO MUCH BETTER than tropical. it's sour and yummy and melony and pretty much my favorite thing and i couldn't live without it. EVER!
